1. You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if the product has not been dispatched by then, the cancellation request is approved and you can receive a refund.
2. But, in the case of the seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
3. You can request for exchange if the wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
4. After seller checks, if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request and re-sends new product.
You can request for exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
1. When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date.
2.When product is used, destroyed or damaged
3. When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
4. When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, then we will refund a maximum of RM5.00 for your return shipping charges to your account.
